Admission Procedure
MCA Admissions will be on the basis of MAH-MCA-CET Entrance Examination.

1. Entrance Exam Score Card
2. 10 th /SSC/Equivalent mark sheet
3. 12 th /SSC/Equivalent mark sheet
4. Graduation mark sheet and passing certificate
5. College leaving/Transfer certificate
6. Aadhar Card/Pan Card Copy
7. Domicile, Nationality Certificate (Pro-forma I as per D.T.E. Format
8. Migration Certificate (in case of change of university)
9. Caste Validity Certificate (Proforma –H)
10. Income Certificate for scholarship scheme
11. Non-creamy layer certificate (if applicable)
12. Education Gap affidavit (if applicable) on Rs100 stamp paper

PIBM offers 2 years Full Time Masters programme in Computer Application (M.C.A) which aims to facilitate the evolution of skills in students to help them attain a higher degree of knowledge, global competency and excellence in the field of computers. The focus is on holistic learning to help the students to make significant contributions at all levels and to meet the expectations of stakeholders.

Eligibility
Eligibility Criteria for appearing to MAH-MCA-CET:

  • Passed with minimum 50% marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA (45% in case of candidates of backward class categories & physically handicapped) of minimum three years duration in any discipline. Candidates who have passed BCA, BCS or B.Sc (Computer/information Technology) degree courses are not required to fulfill the requirement of having studied Mathematics or
    Statistics as one of the subjects at 10+2 level or higher level examination.
  • Valid score of MAH-MCA-CET conducted by the competent authority.

Pedagogy

The MCA program adopts theory and practical approach of learning with coding projects, tutorials, Learn & Practice, exposure to industry through guest sessions, case study, game play, video lectures etc.

Eligibility for Admission:

The eligibility criteria for admission for the MCA course will be as decided by the Competent Authority (Director, Technical Education-Government of Maharashtra, &/or AICTE, New Delhi) 1. A candidate who has either passed with minimum 50% of marks in the aggregate (45% in case of candidate who is domiciled in Maharashtra and belongs to the reserved categories i.e. S.C., S.T., D.T., N.T., O.B.C., S.B.C.)

OR

Appeared at the final year examination of a post 10+2 course of minimum three years duration leading to an award of Bachelor’s Degree, in any discipline by the Association of Indian Universities or has passed with minimum 45% of marks in the aggregate (45% in case of candidate who is domiciled in Maharashtra and belongs to the reserved categories) or appeared at an examination considered equivalent there to would be treated as eligible for Common Entrance Test (CET). Also the candidate must have passed mathematics/Business Mathematics & Statistics paper for 10+2 or graduation. Level

AND

Passed the CET conducted by Director of Technical Education, Maharashtra State, with nonzero score for that year or passed the CET conducted by state level MCA Association with non-zero score for that year, or passed the AIMCET exam for that year. 2. However, a candidate would not be treated as eligible for admission to the MCA programme unless he/she passes his/her qualifying examination with requisite percentage on or before 30th September of the concerned academic year and also passes in the CET.
